Contact-form details (name, email, message, attachments); appointment-request details (name, mobile number, email, preferred time, one-line subject); and the messages you type into the virtual assistant.
Why
Solely to respond to your enquiry, and to schedule and confirm appointments. Chat messages are processed by Google's Gemini AI service to generate replies; on the free service tier Google may use such messages to improve its products, so please do not share confidential or personal case details in the chat. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp and are subject to its own terms.

Do not enter confidential case facts, documents or passwords in the chat or booking form. Share these only after an advocate has been engaged.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry and appointment records only as long as needed for the purpose above and as required by law. To access, correct or erase your data, write to office@asahilegal.in.
